When Will My Order Arrive?
Australian Shipping:
All orders are shipped via Australian Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 3-5 business days. Orders within Australia may take anywhere from 1-7 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Sa Vela Bikini is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been delivered.
The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Sa Vela Bikini marked as unclaimed. Sa Vela Bikini does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australian Post - International. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 3-5 business days. Australian Post - International Priority will ensure you receive your order within 5-7 business days from the time of postage!
Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email savelabikini@outlook.com where you will be supplied with a tracking reference number to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.

Duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. The amount, if any of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country. 
Sa Vela Bikini is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 
The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items. 
The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Sa Vela Bikini marked as unclaimed. Sa Vela Bikini does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sa Vela Bikini will happily accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused swimsuit that was sold at regular price for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Sa Vela Bikini via savelabikini@outlook.com
The merchandise must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers and original hang tags must be still attached.
Sa Vela Bikini does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
* If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note if the customer wears their received  incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.  

**ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED**

Customers willing to exchange can only exchange for the same style in a different size.
Customers willing to exchange for a sold out item must then select an available item for the same price in its place.

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Contact us on savelabikini@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please be sure to include your order number, and reason to exchange in this email. 

STEP 2 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP

The merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receiving an Authorisation Number. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Exchanged Form. The Authorization must be clearly written on the outside of the package. If an Exchange Number is not written on the outside of the package it will be returned to sender.
Please be sure to pack the merchandise securely with labels intact. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused with sanitary stickers and hang tags attached and undamaged.

Sa Vela Bikini reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

NOTE – We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
 
STEP 3 – TRACKING YOUR PACKING AND CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your merchandise at Sa Vela Bikini, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition with sanitary pads and swing tags still attached. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.
